We will use the personal information you provide in registering for the website only for allowing you to login to and use the website. For the Save it Forward feature, you must provide the email address of the recipient. We will track how many friends you sent a Save It Forward message, as well as how many of them enroll in the Together Rx Access Program. Together Rx Access will use the name and email address of each recipient of a Save it Forward message only for those tracking purposes and not for any other reason. You are not required to provide any personal information in order to respond to a survey, but if you do, we will use your personal Information, such as gender, age, marital status, number of children, and education, only for demographic purposes (to understand and categorize the survey responses) and not to identify any particular respondents and not for any other reason.
We also collect personal information from you when you submit real savings stories and tips through the "Simple Savings Article Idea" feature. When you click on the "Simple Savings Article Idea" link, an email message will open and you must provide your name and state as well as your idea. We may use this information to contact you and will store it in our files. If your story or tip is posted, we will post only your provided name and state.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties that provide support services to us. However, we will require those third parties to comply with this privacy policy and not use your personal information for any purpose other than to fulfill their business obligations to us.
